Where do the jobs come from? From the public careers pages of companies we connect, plus roles our team posts. Every board is checked each morning, and roles a company has closed disappear from your list.
How is a match scored? Skills count for 45%, how the title fits the roles you want for 30%, location for 15% and experience for 10%. Roles abroad, or three or more years beyond your experience, never rank high.
What does the AI read? Your career profile, your saved resume, your assessment and the results of earlier analyses. Your phone number, email address and date of birth are never sent, and you see the list before you agree.
Will it invent experience for me? No. Every tool is told never to invent a qualification, an employer, an achievement or a salary, and to keep what it knows apart from what it is guessing.
