What we collect

Your account details, the career profile you build, assessment answers and results, documents you upload, bookings and payment records.

We collect these to run the service you asked for.

Who processes it

Supabase stores the database and files, with access rules that limit who can read each record.

Razorpay handles payments; we never see your card details. OpenAI processes text you send to the AI tools, and the roles and skills on your profile (not your name or contact details) to find jobs that fit. When you book a mentor, they can also ask it for a session brief made from your career profile, saved resume, latest assessment and what you want to cover; contact details are left out and only that mentor sees the brief. Resend sends our emails. Vercel hosts the site. If enabled, PostHog records which pages are used and key steps such as signing up, booking and paying, tied to an account ID rather than your name or email, and Sentry records errors so we can fix them. Both honour your browser's Do Not Track setting where they can.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, choose whether recruiters can see you, and ask us to export or delete your data through the contact page.
